The Friends of the Sawtooth Avalanche Center (FSAC) are hiring an Education Coordinator (EC)  to oversee and expand their recreational avalanche awareness program in South Central Idaho.  The program reaches over 2,000 students each year, providing free or very low-cost education  opportunities to diverse user groups. The EC will be responsible for program oversight and quality control. The EC will spearhead new education avenues, schedule classes, coordinate  equipment, and provide instructor training. This position is part time (we anticipate an average of 50 hours per month October through March with the bulk of those hours occurring during November – February.) and will require some evening hours.
